Return policy

We recommend that you read our return policy carefully to be fully aware of your rights and obligations regarding the return of our products.


If you have purchased the BreathBalanz in our webshop and you are not satisfied, you can return the BreathBalanz within 14 days of purchase. You can also register your order for return within 14 days of receipt. After registering the return you have another 14 days to actually return your order. You will receive the full amount, including any standard costs for the return shipment, immediately and in any case no later than 14 days after termination. The only thing you pay yourself are the shipping costs of the return package to return the BreathBalanz. This amount can vary per provider.

You are only liable for the depreciation of the goods resulting from the use of the goods, which goes beyond what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and operation of the goods


To register your order as a return, you must inform us within 14 days of receiving your order of your decision to cancel your order by making a clear statement (eg Letter by post or e-mail). Providing a reason is not mandatory. You can use the model withdrawal form for this, but you are not obliged to do so


Every return order must be sent to Breath’s head office in Balanz B.V.. Below you will find the details where you can send the package.

Send any product you wish to return as quickly as possible, but no later than 14 days after your cancellation notice [see step 1]. Breath In Balanz B.V. the full amount will be immediately and in any case no later than 14 days after the return shipment has been received by us at the above address. Breath In Balanz B.V. may apply a depreciation as a result of your use that goes beyond the initial use of the product.  


We deal with the following policy regarding the return of the tire

  • The tire is not contaminated in any way: 100% reimbursement based on purchase;
  • The tire is soiled in any way: 0% reimbursement based on purchase;


If you have a complaint about our products or our service, you can contact us via info@BreathBalanz.com. You will receive a substantive response from us within 14 days of receiving your complaint. If you disagree with the solution or can’t work it out together? Then you can submit your complaint to the Disputes Committee via the European ODR Platform (https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/).
